Terms of service
Experimental Design · Science Olympiad · Division B
This app is a free tool for Science Olympiad Experimental Design clubs and their members, run by volunteers. Using it means you accept the terms below. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian needs to agree to these terms as well, and your coach can send them this page.
Accounts
A club admin creates and manages every account, and there is no self-signup. An admin can deactivate an account at any time. A coach cannot: every roster change on this app is an admin action.
Acceptable use
The app is for club practice. Read and grade only what the app shows you, and keep other students' work inside your club: no reposting or sharing of scans, scores, or feedback outside it.
Your work
Test scans remain their authors' work. Uploading stores them so your club can grade, discuss and learn from them. Their pages also go to an AI service, which the privacy page describes under AI feedback. Nothing is sold, and apart from that AI service nothing leaves your club.
No warranty
The app is provided as-is by volunteers. It may have bugs, change, or shut down. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot re-scan.
